Kim, based in the UK, is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, involved in strategic direction and corporate leadership.
Sundeep has joined the company in 2014. He is responsible for overseeing the incubation and development of Delta's new initiatives in the information technology sector. Sundeep plays an active role and closely works with the Board to design the Delta Go-To market strategy across diverse market segments. He brings along with him a vision and a deep commitment to grow Delta Technology.
Guy is focused on client delivery and expanding the US business. Based in Phoenix Arizona, Guy's 25+ years experience leading very large sourcing initiatives has given him a wealth of experience in all aspects of technology and the Business of IT. In addition, he spent many years focused on global IT delivery across different industries driving efficiencies in the Development Lifecycle and Infrastructure Availability.

Colin brings with him vast global experience, having worked as the Global Business Relationship Manager in one of the world’s largest agri-business multinationals. With his wealth of international trade experience in establishing relationships and strategic partnerships, he is assisting the company in the Middle-East and Africa. Colin is based in the United Kingdom.
Runalima heads up a team that is responsible for all facets of the employee lifecycle at Delta. This includes talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, Performance Management and Policies. Runalima helps in ensuring employee satisfaction and talent development, assisting business partners in achieving the desired outcomes.
Prior to Delta, Runalima, qualified with an MBA in HR, headed up HR activities for the largest on-line retailer in the world. She brings with her comprehensive experience in recruitment, operations & management ensuring Delta hires the best resources and retains them. A highly determined, energetic & forward thinking individual who can own, lead, plan, organize, direct, guide and execute the charter of the Human Resources function.
Before settling back to India, Badari worked for several years throughout the Silicon Valley in the USA. With his prior experience, he worked from product development through to strategic consulting. This invaluable experience has provided true value-add for Delta. Badari is in charge managing our process optimization group, has numerous remits including Business Intelligence as well as the important governance of Information Security.
Badari, has a Bachelors in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering his precise mindset helps Delta to focus and helps bring together cohesive elements for better coordination and leverage.
Badari is also focused on mentoring cross functional teams throughout Delta's organization, ensuring growth opportunities in coordination with HR activities.
Aravind, qualified under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has the primary responsibility of finance and accounting. Heading up a team, Aravind ensures delivery on cost management, audit and compliance. Additionally, Aravind looks at key strategic elements, including forecasting, profitability and sustainability.
Having worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies around the world, Aravind brings a wealth of experience in ensuring conformity and best practices to Delta.
